I've heard that Ginza has the most stock by both my Japanese friends and friends who has visit Japan and score bags before! And actually you don't really need to dress that nicely, this year my friend went in Ginza store in her pjs and came out with a b! But she did looked very determined to get a b(with her card case in her hand) so I think it is a matter of luck whether you meet a nice SA. The SA did looked suspicious at first because of my friend's pj but we asked nicely and told her we really are buying the bags if they have some in stock. My experiences with Ginza store and Shinjuku Isetan are very good so far, not very good with Takashimaya in Shinjuku though. My friend was only deciding whether to get the bracelet and the SA just look so impatient!

I agree that some SA aren't very friendly...they do tend to keep bags for their Japanese customers and they do give you the face when you ask if you ask if there's any b/k/c and tell you they have none but actually they do! I knew because it happened more than once that I saw them offering b to Japanese customers.

Went in Isetan shinjuku last weekend to see if they have clutches and they did have some medor in exotic leather but I am not a fan of exotics. Every time I visit Isetan store, there are always bags, not always b/k but I can always see lindy and herbag. I think kelly pochettes are harder to come by in this store because they are always kept for the Japanese customers, I've asked and seen them being offered to Japanese customers twice. Kelly pochette is very popular among males in Japan in my opinion, seen them being carried a lot of times but always by guys!

Also! If you really want to bring home one and don't care about the price, there is a reseller in Tokyo called lecrin and they do always have b and k in stock at a much higher price.

Thanks so much for a insightful post [emoji16] glad to hear they don't judge the outfit and items you wear on traveling [emoji4]

Just came back from Sapporo, I don't think the inventory is good....I saw two Lindys, both in GHW, black and etoupe, I am guessing size 26. Also saw a gold 34 GHW yesterday when I left. There was also canvas GP 30, mini Halzan, kelly wallet in black, and bearn medium in green, apple coin purse. There was absoultely no sign of any rodeos, the SA said No wheneven I asked. I managed to get a birkin 25 GHW, in R1 color, but it was a close call. When I frist walked into the store around 10:50, the SA said no inventory, I went on to purchase makeup on the same floor and was waiting for my brother to join me. When he came, I decided to try again, I asked him to try originally, but he didn't want to be refused, so we were discussing as we walked toward Hermes. Then suddenly, I saw a SA who was showing a Japanese birkin that look small, I was afraid it would be crocodile. The gentleman quickly refused the bag, then I walked fast into the store, up to the SA, and asked if I can have it. The SA let me purchased it, but I don't think I could have gotten the bag if he had taken it back into the stock room. I felt like he was kind of ambushed by me.

Does your outfit matters? I don't think so. As it was really cold, I was wearing a columbia down feather jacket that I usually used for travelling, and a jean, and my boot. When I carry my constance mini and ask, it didn't help. When I ambush the SA, I was wearing a backpack.....as I have already put my constance back inside and ready to go travel.

Hope this helps for those who want to try.

Do you mind sharing the price before or after VAT? And the size of lindy? Thanks very much

Sorry made a mistake. 918k for clemence lindy is after tax refund. Not before.

Went to Osaka Namba Takashimaya H this morning before 10:30am - saw a C18 Craie GHW on shelf available to purchase!!!:wtf: Tried it on immediately as I saw it but C18 is way too small for my frame (I'm around 175cm tall)...it's a really tough decision but I had to turn it down...:crybaby: Fingers crossed I will find a C24 GHW in Craie or Rose Azalee in the near future.

I couldn't believe it when I saw it sitting on the shelf with no "Display Only" sign in front of it! After I decided to turn it down I headed to H Midosuji, H Umeda Hankyu and H Hilton Plaza - had no luck at all hunting a C24...guess I've used up my H luck of the day:crybaby:

I wouldn't dare to dream a walk in c18[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]it's my holy grail [emoji38]

There's a craftsman in HK, he/ she just no longer station at the store but in the office. You can drop your bag off at a store and it will be done in HK, no need to send to Paris.

thanks! I called the store and they told me the craftsman locally determines if its real and then sends it out. I should go make a trip to the store to ask personally. many things get lost in translation over the phone. thanks again! hopefully its fast!
