The Japanese actually prefer the Kelly over the Birkin so its much harder to get a Kelly compared to a Birkin. But if you don't mind a Kelly 32 or 35, it is possible but very hard

Wow!! That's a lot considering my Epsom kelly sellier is about 7k éuro. But again, it depends how desperate and how much you like it ie the color, the hardware and selliers are generally a lot harder to come by than retournes. Good luck deciding my dear.
I wouldn't! But that's because I would ONLY take a k28 for a sellier so this is already a deal breaker. With prices going south recently (from resellers), this price is too much to pay for anything I would think.
K28 is also my favourite but I'm short! I hear the Japanese like this size best too.
Japan is very expensive now anyway due to the yen. Maybe wait and look around a bit? You're paying a 10k premium for a bag - do you think you would be able to get offered a bag if you spend that amount in your home store on non bag items? If so, I would rather use that money in your home store, at least you would be able to get other pretty things in addition to your bag AND indicate your preferences.
Thanks for your suggestion, my home store is in the CBD and I work in a suburban area, so distance is abit of issue. So I think I'll look for pre loved bags now, hopefully find my bag soon[emoji18]

b30 crocodile was 5.9 m yen. it was not on display. they don't display any Birkins or Kelly's. You have to ask the sales. don't be shy, just ask!
