It might be a pre-release L.A.M.B bag. She often wears her own bags from upcoming collections to drum up interest in them.

Yes, it's a L.A.M.B. bag. I've found a HQ pic and the letters L/A/M/B are embossed all over.

It's from the Holiday 09 collection (not yet released) and the bag will come in Blue, Grey, Black with Green Trim (zipper area).

From what I can tell, there's two straps - one for shoulder carrying as she's wearning and a longer/cross-body strap that is detachable.
