I have had the yellow 5 motif guilloche for a year and have never taken it off. It’s stacked with the onyx and blue agate ones also worn 24/7. I sleep. Gym. Shower etc in them all. No damage or issues with any of them. For the gym I cover them with a sweatband to protect them but that’s it Def get the bracelet. I love mine xxx
