This sale is so secretive!! I went into the store a few weeks back and looked at the Zumi shoulder and found the SA saying it was on sale - in all the colours.

It’s a style I’ve been looking at for a while now so I snapped it up!

I got the email twice. Have called several times to set up virtual appointment and most of the time get left on hold for so long that i hang up. Got through 1x and was told the store would call me back within 48 hours. They did not. I have sent 2 emails back to them about this and still no response. Giving up, but no FOMO since i will be a the Vineland Outlets next week LOL!

exact same experience, but with a lot more calls and emails. I got ghosted after asking to get into contact with two boutiques. Granted, they were the flagships. It got too frustrating, so I decided to shop at other luxury brand's private sales instead lol. One of the items I wanted ended up going out of stock because it was part of the sale and they never got back to me about it.

edit: also, I hate how they now redirect you to Gucci's main customer support line instead of directly to the boutiques when you call them.

Sigh! You aren’t missing much. I went to the location in NorthPark and the shoe selection was bleak, they had some bags for 30% off. I will try the galleria.

This is the first time they ever had a private sale since 2015 right? I believe it’s to clear unsold stock due to covid. Regardless, the selection during the beginning of the sale, mid/late June I believe, was so much better. It was up to 30-50% depending on the style. It’s pretty much slim pickings from here on out.

department stores are having this sale as well, but it’s in store. I don’t know if the discounts are the same though.

Yes, the SA said COVID caused them to have sale to avoid sending items to outlets . She also mentioned each store having different inventory, they had a full wall of sale shoes , they just weren’t what I was looking for .
