Hey,

So I have been pining for the Gucci GG baby messenger bag for 2 yrs. I plan on buying it when i get home next spring. I always go onto the website to admire it(even though i intend to hit up the Gucci boutique in Charleston, SC to buy it) but today I went online and noticed the price increase of $ 40.... :cursing:

I still plan on buying it though. I earned it!!!

Yea I noticed that has well some bags price increased more then others I wonder what they base they price increase on. I noticed the Pelham went from 1580 to 1595 whicg isnt that bad but the Guccissima Hysteria went from 2150 to 2250. But it's still 2150 @ Neimanmarcus.com

sorry this is an old thread but i did a search and this was all that came up. does anyone know when Gucci had their last increase?

i was looking at this diaper bag too anglarry04 mentioned and it seems to have gone from $910 to $975. ugh!

Aeonat brought this to my attention (because we both have this bag on our wishlist) but wanted to mention that as of today, 4/1/09 - the Ladies Large Web Hobo in Guccissima went up to $875 and the canvas is now at $795. That's a 9% increase! I wonder if any of the other bags went up?

Are you serious?? DARNIT!!!! I hope not! Their prices usually don't increase...I wonder what happened...if they increase prices on other bags too that means the sale that's coming up the bags are really gonna be only about 30% instead of 40%...:tdown:

^krazy4bags - I think the price when it came out was a really good deal - especially for guccissima. Maybe they realized that and decided to up the price. I checked other bags on my wishlist and haven't noticed an increase.

Just wanted to comment that the price of Gucci products in Canada has been increased by 10%, so i'm not sure if Gucci US will have a price increase on everything soon.

I was a bit bummed out when I went to the boutique last month and found out the Guccissima Joy Boston is now $1210 CAD instead of $1095 :(

Yup....d-gold hobo in guccissima was 1100 and now over 1200 I think. Sigh...you're right that the 40% sale will actually be a smaller discount compared to last year!

I feel bad that the web hobo guccissima went up in price...cuz that's my next bag on the list! =( Should have gotten it earlier, but I got my d-gold guccissima instead.
