She purchased this Gucci Jacquard Matelasse Floral Medium Marmont bag on Fashionphile. It has been authenticated. Unfortunately, the brass G's fell off. She has the GG emblem, but only recovered one of the screws (see the first photo). The Houston Gucci boutique would not help her and offered no other solutions.
She went to a high-end shoe repair place and they said they could reattach the logo piece, but only if she finds another screw.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to get a replacement screw? I have posted a couple of pictures. Surely there is a place to get what she needs?
