Gucci GG twin hobo- problem with the zipper?

I know this is an old bag, but just wanted to ask? I have the canvas hobo and I feel the zipper is messed up and it's a bit of a struggle to close it! I bought my bag in Dubai and took the bag back there on my last trip, but they said there is no way to repair it and it is the bag's design that causes issues with the zipper. Anyone have the same issue or is it just me?

I have the leather gg twins hobo and I haven't had any problems with the zipper. What exactly is wrong with your zipper? Is it just stiff? If it's just stiff, you can take it to be oiled at any handbag repair shop.
