Hi,

I never ordered from the gucci webshop before but I really want a belt. The SA at Gucci told me that the website is not updated in therms of stock because when I checked the “in store” it showed that the store had the item but they didn’t.

I want to know if the estimated delivery time on the site is correct? I don’t want to order if I have to wait a long time before I receive my item. I think I rather drive to another store/city and try my luck.

Also how is the packaging if you order online does it come with everything?

Hi there,

If you really want the belt I would highly recommend you go into the Gucci store and purchase the belt from a sales associate. I placed an order for the belt online and they kept pushing the delivery date back. I also tried to call and no one ever answered my call. The packaging that you receive online and in store is the same. Gucci is a luxury brand so the packaging will always be 10/10.

Has anyone seen the pink one lately?? I have my heart set on that color. Also, I haven’t purchased anything from a Gucci Boutique store since 2007. I doubt Anne my SA in SF still works there. I normally buy from Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom’s so that I can use my charge card points now.


I’ve been generous sharing photos from my Two Gucci Outlet SA’s of the Discos that pop up in their stores that I pass on and have shared their info’s.

If someone would like to generously share who their SA is at Retail, I would be very grateful. [emoji16][emoji1]

This pink GG belt is killing me!

7 days!! Which color and did you get a more popular size? I wanted the pink beige one at the smallest size 75. I think I need a 70 but I wanted to be sure. I got a confirmation email that it will be delivered Friday!!!

Gees i have all the bad luck. I got the nude colored pink it’s called pink online. I would love the true pink if they made it to Match my Marmont small chain bag.

I like all the leather styles but after all the backorder nightmare stories, I went for the one available now and I’m hoping it will be a perfect neutral. Let me know what you think of this style. It says light pink but appears very neutral in the pictures.

Black size 90, I’m in Europe maybe that has something to do with the availability.

Lucky you! I ordered black in size 90 16.01.2018. I got the shipping confirmation 24.01.2018. I havent recieved the belt and its even not possible to track the order. The customer service dont pick the phone :confused1:

I could track the order within 48 hours after the shipping confirmation. Try contacting them true social media if possible?

Have you tried the live chat? It’s been available when I’m on the website and they answered my question about my order....
