Perhaps it's in a different location to where I am thinking then because they all have joins on them, less noticeable in black but definitely there.

I agree with exchanging it and perhaps even getting a refund if you don't like the joins.

Yes, the joins to me is fine if it’s seal correctly. I definitely understand what you saying and i am completely cool with the joins. Didn’t know the process to get an exchange or refund is lengthy.

I kinda get what you’re talking about, with my Black Soho Disco I see a subtle sheen depending on how much light is shining onto it (which I don’t like) but my Rose Beige is very matte which I love. Has anybody used The Bag Haven color transfer removal wipes? I managed to get most of the jean color transfer off my rose beige disco but there’s one stubborn spot that is still dark. Wish I had thought to put protectant on before I started using it years ago.

My leather conditioner arrived so I finally took the handbag out of its dustbag today, and I'm noticing that it didn't come with an authenticity card nor that little leather swatch that I've seen on some other posts and reseller's websites. I did get TWO separate little care booklets.

Should I be concerned? Do you not get these items if you buy through a department store?
