Beautiful! I want to buy it too! Can you give me suggestions about the color? Why did you choose the beige?

I am obsessed with this bag!! I am about to pull the trigger and purchase it. However, i have a question and sorry if this is silly - but is there a difference between the soho disco crossbody and soho disco shoulder bag? I have seen it listed both ways and it looks like the same bag? I live no where near a department store or Gucci store and I would have to purchase online - i just wanted to make sure I am ordering the right bag.. i have purse envy for all who has this bag. When someone answers my question - I will then have the difficult decision in deciding whether rose beige or black. Thanks so much and this is probably a common sense answer but i just wanted to be sure!

I suppose if you are high you can wear the Disco on your shoulder. I’m short, so I can use it just crossbody.
Unfortunately the Soho hobo are discontinued.

hi there! i’m really sorry for posting this here but no one was really getting back to me at the authenticate section. i have been looking and wanting for a disco soho crossbody bag. i found one on kijiji locally for $750 cdn. i’ll attch links and pics. Hi everyone, sorry to ask a question that’s probably been answered a million times. Is the colour “rose beige”(that’s what it’s called on the Aussie website) more of a nude or a tan? I’m desperate for a tan bag for summer but sick of waiting for YSL to release a tan lou camera bag or kate if at all.

I asked customer service at Matchesfashion if the bag is being discontinued and she said yes due to it being a style from a previous style director. Yet when I rang Gucci in Australia the customer service agent said it wasn't being discontinued and there was plenty of stock. . .

At any rate, I have just bought the beige and the black - thank you to Matchesfashion and @lcutli1
I am worried about keeping the lining clean and have been searching this forum for a zipped (if possible) insert that has been tried and tested in the Gucci Soho Disco. Can anyone recommend a good one please? Thanks

Hello, I've finally saved up the money to join the club and I'm now a happy owner of a Soho Disco in black. Hubby and I are going to Rome on Saturday for a mini break and I want to take my Disco with me. I have a specific travel bag that I use on the plane so was hoping to pack my Disco, don't worry hand luggage only. My question is do you think it will survive the trip well, being packed in a hand luggage case? Will it get too squashed and bent out of shape? Should I try and pack it with the stuffing it came with? Or as it is brand new should I just leave it at home to enjoy when I get back. Anyone here ever packed their Disco for a trip. Thanks for any advice ladies

I packed mine with stuffing inside and stored in dust bag. Packed it in my carry on luggage and at one point my backpack. As long as there’s nothing sharp next to it or excessive pressure on it I think you should be fine.

I just got back from a trip with my disco! I was driving, not flying, so I didn’t need to worry too much about squishing. However, I didn’t want the tassel to get bent in the dust bag. So I took a quart-size plastic freezer ziplock bag and cut off the sides and top. I put the tassel along the bottom crease, folded it together and rolled up the extra plastic into a tube. I used a small piece of tape to hold it together. When I arrived at my destination and slid off the plastic, the tassel was pristine!

It is a resilient bag but I would stuff it. You can do it with tees, or socks, or scarves... You can put the inside.
Perfect bag to take to a trip in Rome, enjoy!

Between two other discos and other purses, I just barely use it anymore. And as much as I love the color, I want to try to build a more neutral collection.
