Any updates from those who placed Saks pre-orders?

They told me I had to give them a diff credit card. So done with them. My credit card company was prob tired of them pre authorizing each month. I preordered it in Oct. it was supposed to come in January,now got email saying April and they need diff CC. I preordered the disco before the price increase. I think I am never going to get it and don't want to wait until April!

Did anyone get an update from Saks regarding their disco bag preorder? It was initially estimated for shipment 1/12/18 but now it says 4/1/2018! Seems like a repeat of last year [emoji17]

Yes, very disappointing. I’m going to keep an eye out to see if it comes back in stock before then. If it does, I’ll post here. Maybe we can chat with CS and have them honor the original price.

call them asap. they have them in stock and are shipping as we speak. call them and make sure they can process your credit card! just in time for my bday and pre price increase!!!!

I have it in black and paid the new price. I use it all the time. I ordered the camilla ? thru Saks but color on Gucci says rose beige. was told they are the same. so ready for spring to use this bag! so nice to get the old price on this one!!!

Yes it’s same color. I have rose beige. It’s a great neutral. I used it to travel recently and it was great! I was lucky enough to get the $833 price for red.

It took me by surprise because mine was pre-ordered for 4/1 and my red Gucci arrived today! Saks ... First Gucci I have bought in awhile .. so excited it came earlier than expected ! Unfortunately I paid the new price :/

I noticed after I got home last night that my credit card was not charged. so I called Saks again and they said it wasn't shipped and has April date. I told him about the convo I had with a woman earlier and how she told me it would ship that evening. I told them her name and they said they would talk to her but the long and short of it is I was duped.
