I don't know if it's my luck but the SA in Gucci who served me was horrendous! She was very disinterested and tapping her foot away while I was figuring out which color to buy. She was constantly looking away and I had to call out to her to get her attention couple of times. FYI the store was not busy at all. :yucky::yucky::yucky:

But either way it was a happy ending because I walked out with the bag! :biggrin:

Awesome on the bag. Not so awesome on the service. It's unacceptable. Sorry. I've always had great shopping experiences. I'm sure you can find a better SA.

Absolutely gorgeous! Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the SA. While the bag is by far the biggest part of the "experience" I always feel that the interaction with the sales associate is part of it too.

I have the Soho Disco in beige and love it SO much (link in my signature below to review I did) I am thinking of also getting in black. Do any of you have it in more than one color? Do you think it's silly to get the same bag in multiple colors?

If it wasn't for the black one that I'm after (forever sold out!) I would've left that store and went to try at another outlet. After all eye on the prize! :biggrin:

I have the disco in 3 colors so no, I don't think it's silly! I think a lot of others on here will agree. [emoji12]

I have it in red and just ordered another in rose beige. It's the only bag I'll have owned multiples of but it's just so damn chic and practical!

I only have one SD, but I have other multiple Gucci (and other brands') bags in different colours. To me it makes perfect sense.
