I'll definitely give them a call first thing, I rang the Gucci dept in Fraser in Glasgow last Saturday and the lady I spoke said she didn't think they could do phone orders, took all my details and said she would call me back, she never did. Hopefully this will be more successful, thanks for the tip :biggrin:

What a disappointment! Waited all day for the FedEx guy. Even went outside from 2:00pm on (it was a beautiful day). Got a text message at 4:58pm stating they attempted delivery????? WTF!! So I called Fedex to complain. After being on hold for about 8 mins (which is good lol); was told they took my package off the FedEx truck and won't be delivering it until Monday. I am just so disappointed that I don't think this bag is going to be worth it. I know that sounds crazy. But que sera sera lol.

Did you order from Gucci directly? I'm waiting on mine, FedEx tracking page didn't give me option to hold for pick-up at FedEx location hmmm I'm scared of missing delivery too, since they seem to suck at that....

Hi. I know when you order from Gucci they need a direct signature that's why I stayed home all day. I was getting my bag from the outlet in California; which also requires a direct signature. But it has never taken that long. :sad:
I'm registered with FedEx so I get text/email alerts; but unfortunately they don't give you options like UPS does (like holding your package at the UPS location; or giving you a time span as to delivery times). I guess if I paid for the service I would get that option.
It's crazy how we will wait for a package to arrive. But then with Gucci; it's worth it. ;)
But sometimes it gets very annoying.
When I miss the FedEx guy I go looking for him lol. But when they lie and say they attempted delivery; well that's really messed up. I find the postal service does that a lot!
I really hope you get your package. :)

I finally got through to Harrods this morning there was no answer yesterday I assume they were busy, they're out of stock now. I'm going to try ringing a couple of other stores.
The lady I spoke to did say she didn't think the bag was being discontinued.

They have no idea at Harrods about anything, ever. Take every word with a pinch of salt
