Thank you! 😊Do you know when this model was made (80's?)? I thought the Diana bag was without front pockets.

Call it whatever you want.

Diana's (as in Diana, Princess of Wales' bag) rose to prominence 1991. It wan't called 'Diana' until under FG.

Yours (not called 'Diana' at the time it was new) could be from around/later when TF designed the BTH backpack (SS94) or could be earlier. Can't tell from a dustbag that may or may not be contemporaneous to the bag.

Beautiful! I am looking at a leather one in the pre-loved market. It is shown with the leather strap, but not the web strap. Did this beautiful bag always come with the additional web strap?
Thanks for help on this question.

Sold with 2 straps is very recent (some only one - depends on variation).
Only one strap for post-90s till 2015 (2010 one variation with a double-strap.)
Pre-90s no strap.

Today I saw gucci diana medium, i like it so much but is it, maybe, a little stiff? Someone knows if it will be more souple with time? I like how vintage gucci diana seems slouchy, but maybe the reason is only the different size… can anyone help me?

Bags that have recently been termed 'Diana' were more often referred to as 'Peggy' years ago so we would have to see which precise bag you mean. If you have a screenshot, I can probably answer with confidence.

I purchased a super-mini black patent leather top-handle 1947 bamboo handbag for my mother about 10+ years ago, but I cannot recall where I bought it from. I still have not given it to her, so I still have it in my vast Gucci collection. These are not my photos, however, but they show how super-mini the bag is.

It also depends on what type of leather was used to manufacture the bag.

They're not the same as stated previously, but both are neither all-natural full-grain nor heavily pressed/rolled like Saffiano/Epsom. Even the thickness and the batch would influence.

From the distribution pattern of 'slouch' (stretch) it's easy to see the vintage is larger and repeatedly used at over-capacity.
