Thank you so much responding. I will contact the Gucci store in Saks and see how I can go about getting some retainers. I guess every bag has a "thing" about them where they require a little extra care. Lol

If you don't really live in a very humid place it may not be necessary. I live in Ontario Canada and it's only humid from May to September with extremely high temperatures and nothing has happened to my BTH from 2010. I don't use that plastic thing it comes with. Though I do have a dehumidifier running 24/7 which takes a lot of moisture out of the air.
Hope they were able to find one to give to you!

Here's a casual pic (blue pinstripe shirt with jeans) with my NBTH while I was trying on clothes at Winners:

You and your bag look very nice! And thanks for your comment, hopefully it will be okay as it does get humid here but only a couple of months throughout the year also. I will still check as it may be a nice to have...

Thanks PT and Brndwhyn! I've carried it a few times now so back onto the shelf it goes!

PT you need to start carrying your beautiful BTH!:D

You quirky thing you! Love this bag but I particularly love the pose, you look like you're having so much fun. Thanks for putting such a big smile on my face.:hugs:

I am having fun, it was a fantastic day. I almost cried when it was time to come home :D

Love your outfit with that vintage bamboo shopper - it was very whimsical! Your pose was very cute too!

That outfit was phenomenally inexpensive for me:
Borrowed Loro Piana (it's my mum's, shame I have to return, it has special powers of softness
Mum's inherited 1960s Mod, pure wool short-sleeve sweater (zips up back) the colour is beautiful IRL
Silk high-street (Warehouse) dress I've had from a teen (had very 1990s point at the front and I sewed it straight across for an update). Cost per wear must be in the minuses by now

Please note the hair clogs from Comfy Clogs: http://www.comfyclogs.net/

I think Alessandro Michele has tuned into my vibe for hairy shoes for AW15 :D

Explanation to all for the pose outside a public toilet in Hampton Court :D:
The pose is because I was sending the pic to my (male) friend in Scotland who does a take on a British comedy sketch show called Little Britain, in which 2 very 'butch' looking men dress in Victorian women's dress (frills, hat's, make-up, high-pitched voice) and go around town announcing in a very loud voice 'WE ARE LADIES". It kind of comments on the extraordinary old-fashioned fantasies that men have of how women look/dress/act :blossom:. We were making a joke how of course all ladies carry a parasol, shawl and basket...er  and then here I am actually wearing a shawl and carrying a basket

Papertiger, I love the way you creatively combined your clothes from so many different sources and time periods! You are super-fashionable, but the exact opposite of a "fashion victim" who always needs to wear the latest in labels, and have everything match-matchy.

Love the story behind the pose... it made me giggle! "We are LADIES!":lolots:

Thank you Elaine :flowers:

and do you know, I absolutely love the way you dress, combining the best up-to-the minute designer wear with wonderful staples you have already, and always very ''you'.
