I went to Westfield Sydney yesterday, only 30% off. I bought two gucci handbags last year and it was 40-60% off. Maybe after few weeks there will be further reductions.

Hello all! I am from Perth! We only have the one store here.

Anyone knows if the Gucci sale is still on? I am eyeing a new work bag - possibly the medium craft tote. If someone can advise if this is on sale? The last I checked it was around the $850 - $950 price. Have a good day!

I'm not sure about the bag you're talking about, but as for the sale its still on. :smile1:

The first time i went there, i was ready to make a purchase but didn't get serve at all. It's not even that busy.. I was so upset and swore that i would never ever buy a gucci from there.
I don't understand why did they behave like that..

But one day, i passed the store again, and fall in love with a bag on their display.. So i hesitantly went in, and met this wonderful lady who patiently showed me various types of bags that i might like. She even showed me a georgeous limited edition bag that was stored in the backroom (they only have 2, and was was sold)! I bought that immediately. :p

I bought a bag at Sydney Gucci (Westfield) 2 weeks ago and I will not step in that store ever again.

I'm sorry to hear this, but maybe you were unlucky to meet a very unhelpful SA. I've been there numerous times and honestly, majority of the time they are really nice. Rena was great help when I purchased my first one and then there was a gentleman that goes between the rocks and westfield store that also was helpful. I guess it depends who you meet really.

Thanks for your response and sorry I didn't get back to you earlier as I am too upset to talk about this after a few exchanges with the Gucci Aust office. It wasn't about SA but the bag quality I bought. Already filed complaint with Fair Trading and pending for reply. I realise now Peace of mind doesn't come naturally when shopping at the auth store. I will open a new thread later on and I guess Gucci fans here might have a different approach when they are ready to make their next purchase with Gucci. Thanks again.
