was going to take pics of my chanel family and now will wait till i bring it in to the boutique for repairs tomorrow morning. I just hope that they will not reject it as then it would means the bag is not authentic..crossing my fingers!

Just to update that the SA has taken it in for fixing but have to wait for them to call to inform if they will or wont fix as they tried fixing it in the back room..was waiting outside and could hear loud hammering 
all together, there were 8 hooks with the gap. although the SA would not say if its authentic or not, she took a GST on display for me to do a comparison.
Seller is great though. She refunded me and apologised as she did tell me upfront that the bag was purchased by her friend.
