I recently bought a Coach signature beaded tote from eBay. I got a great deal ($235 with free shipping -- it was originally $358) and it was in perfect condition, so I was happy.
I looked through my seller's feedback and quickly discerned that she was buying Coach dirt cheap from "naive" sellers on eBay (people who didn't know the value of what they had), and then marking it up by $30 - $50 or whatever and turning around and re-selling it.
At first I was like, that seems kind of lame... but then I thought, it's a free market, and she is just being a smart businesswoman. The items are still being sold below retail. So, good for her.
