YOu do not get the full 20% VAT refund if you buy from the London store and take the purchase away with you. At that point you only get 11-12%. Whilst I was there,a gentlemen bought a dog bowl for £1800 and the SA said they can ship it to him in Dubai and he will get the full 20% off(he was gettign the hard case painted with stipes so couldnt take it with him that day).Therefore you should get the full 20% if you order over the phone and they send it to you.

I just bought a St Louis PM (black/black) and a Matignon GM wallet (black/tan) from London Goyard at export prices of £450 & £500 respectively. Based on their current prices with tax (£540 & £600), the VAT refund is about 16.67%.

then i believe the gentlemen will have to expect a very high price of shipping, but he don't care anyway.

i think i emailed them in end of April they were replying me quickly but ever since may they didnt reply.. but i'm sure they didnt reply for a good reason as i told them i want to buy a bag!

I have emailed London goyard last week and a bag is on the way to me now :) Very excited to own my first goyard :) they have been really prompt and fast in their replies. I only got 17% off their price for shipping outside EU though.

did u have to give them a scanned copy of your ID and credit card? they asked for it but i don't feel comfortable sending over email..
