I stopped by the SF boutique to try on the Boheme today but they didn't have any in stock. I was told by the SA that they will have stock on Friday. According to the SA, the Boheme can't be purchased over the phone - in person purchase only. Can someone confirm if this is true? I thought that was odd because I texted the SA based in Chicago and said they can ship to me when I figure out what color I want and if it's available. I suppose this could be a store to store policy?
Do you have purchase history? Once that’s established, they are pretty good about shipping order made by phone/email. If that’s not the reason, the maybe it’s because of limited stock/exclusivity.

I have a purchase history with Goyard. The Chicago location told me they can ship it.
 
anyone had luck with distant sales recently? They have the form on the site and I’ve filled it out but haven’t heard back.
I wasn't lucky . I clearly stated in the form that I wanted to buy a bag from their London boutique as I was moving abroad and they don't have stores in that particular Country. I got fed up with waiting for a reply so at the end I sent my husband in during his lunch break and he got me what I wanted...no queue, in and out in 15 minutes! I love their products but their service in general is shocking!

Ah darn :( The closest store to me is the San Francisco location but that’s even 2 hours away so I was hoping the distant sales form would work. Based on some past posts, I emailed the SF store directly, so fingers crossed! May just give them a call if I don’t hear back in a few days

The Goyard boutique within Neiman Marcus Chicago is incredibly responsive. I recommend contacting them!

Thank you! I actually heard back from the SF store this morning and they were able to take my order before the store even opened. They only had a few of what I wanted in stock, so she was able to move quick. Signed a purchase order and gave my cc over the phone. Now hopefully the item arrives quickly!

Hi! I was able to purchase the Boheme via distant sales with the SF store. I don’t have a purchase history/account before this purchase as my previous Goyard bag was a gift. Maybe that particular SA was misinformed? Or maybe for your specific color?
 
Hi! I just got my first Goyard Anjou GM in black and tan. Got home and saw these creases in the leather that won't go away and they are bugging me as they affect the smooth look of the leather side. Would you consider this a defect and ask for an exchange? Thanks!!1000110163.jpg
