I feel the same way. I was disheartened when the newest Rogues from this past Fall and current seem to have inferior quality than the 1st and 2nd generations. The lack of a clochette, the leather seeming thinner/flimsier. It's a turn off. I want to go see the Harmony bag in person, hoping to go today or tomorrow, but I am afraid I'll be disappointed.

I love the feel of the Harmony. It's not that thick, chewy leather, but it felt lovely to me, very high quality.

I tried it on in the store and the shorter strap wasn't staying on my shoulder well. I have a feeling it would annoy me and slide off easily. I have weird shoulders where rolled handles and wider straps don't like to cooperate.

I like this bag. I think it's cute, simple, and functional... I don't like it enough to pay full price though. For me, this is one I can wait for the SAS for - if there aren't any left by then, then oh well.

I have been using this bag since I bought it last Sunday and I just noticed there has been - what I would consider - significant deterioration on the rings of the bag. I first saw a bunch of white marks that seemed like chalk dust or something and rubbed that away. However, I then saw all of these marks like it has started to chip away. After a week of use. Here are some photos to take into consideration for your own purchases.

It looks more like it's peeling. I showed my SA and he said it's some kind of coating they put on the hardware.

I tried it on in the store and really liked it. My SA said there are less than 200 each color and this style will be discontinued. I ordered the black and blossom from Macy's 30% off, but may end up getting the dark turquoise as well. Very classic, timeless and easy to wear style.

Coach is so weird how they come up with a new style just to discontinue it!?!? I'm thinking about getting the saddle one once Dillard's puts them on clearance.
