Got a free Hayden-Harnett bag today!!! rop

A few months ago I returned my Hayden-Harnett Havana hobo in Mulberry cuz cracks developed in the leather straps. They sent me a replacement bag but the color was different and I didn't like it. So I returned that one and got my $ back.

Then today - a surprise package arrived!!! HH sent me my old bag back repaired free, as their gift. How nice is that!!

Wow! I sure wish they did that for me with my broken Dorca clasp. I had to fight to get my money back, and then they still deducted my return shipping costs!
