I'm probably not quite the route your looking for but I'm fairly reasonably priced. I only work with solid gold- but I do a lot of experimenting with pink gold and I work a lot with charms.
Here are a few examples.
14K solid gold filigiree hoops, 14K pink gold hoops $125-135

I LOVE the starfish!

www.asos.com (As Seen On Screen) carry a good selection of jewellery which is either 'as worn by' celebrities (generally more expensive); or is 'inspired by' jewellery worn by celebrities (generally less expensive). They also carry other designers/styles for less celebrity-obsessed individuals!

Mikey jewellery is also very trendy and the costume pieces generally come in at under $50. You can buy it at www.joyavie.com. They also stock some Butler and Wilson and Dyrberg Kern, but they are generally slightly more expensive.

Hope this helps! :D
