Where is the Coach shopping? Boutique & outlet; I'm staying at the MGM Grand. Will I need a car or taxi?

HeeHee I'm really excited!!:yahoo:

I'm almost positive that the MGM has a shuttle to one of the outlets (the one at the end of the strip). i don't think it's the "hotel" shuttle, but picks up there. I remember seeing a sign near the 'shops' they have. Otherwise, you can take the bus--it's easy to get to, but not walking distance from your hotel.

there's great shopping (even if juts window shopping) at most of the hotels - check Cesars, Bellagio, Venetian, all have great boutiques.

Have a blast!

You will die when you enter the forum shops!!!!!!

It is so fun. I bought a Fendi on my Vegas trip. I find the SA at all the designer bag stores there (i probably went into every store lol) friendlier than the ones by me. It made for a really fun experience. My Fendi guy was laughing with me and helping me try on bags and talking about NJ and NY stores and basically bent over backwards. He even noticed me rip an egde off a hundred dollar bill that got caught in the zipper of my wallet and offered to get me a fresh bill.

Even stores where I didn't get anything, people were super friendly. Idk if it was because it's a tourist area or what, but it made for a nice shopping experience.

I am going to Vegas also leaving 10/28 and back 11/2. I have been to the Coach stores but never to the outlet in Vegas so I am looking forward to going to the outlets there this year. I will try and report back how they are before you leave on your trip:tup:

I live in Vegas. THE BEST COACH STORE is the one on the 2nd floor and furthest away from the casino at Caesars. They get everything and are very nice. There is a great outlet mall...I think its premium outlets. the coach store there is great but has been very crowded every time I have been there.

i was in vegas in september. as stated previously, the forum shops at caesars is incredible; it was so much fun to look at and touch so many different high end bags!
as for the coach outlets, i went to both in vegas (there is another one south of vegas about 30miles - Primm, NV). we rented a car for one day on the morning we arrived for very cheap, like $30. i did the math and it was cheaper (and not to mention more convenient) than paying for taxis or trolleys and we wouldn't have to walk a pretty good length of the strip to catch the trolleys to the outlets (it was still hovering at 100 when we were there).
anyway... the north outlet (Premium Outlets) was much nicer overall with better stores but the coach outlet was packed!! granted this happened to be on a saturday.
the south outlet (Las Vegas Outlet Center) was indoor and air conditioned but overall the outlet was not that great and not very attractive. BUT the Coach outlet was bigger here than at the Premium Outlet location and not nearly as busy!! and they had great stuff that didn't look as picked over as the Premium outlet. I'd say it's worth it to make the time to cover this outlet just for Coach itself.
Just google Las Vegas Outlets and you'll get the all the information and directions you will need for all of the outlets.
Hope this helps!

There are two outlets in Vegas. Three if you count the one at Primm.
