This is such a beauty! Nothing is better than growing old so gracefully!

Did you have to request a replacement of handle and hardware when bringing her to your store, or Spa suggested you to get these parts replaced when she's received at Paris?

Thank you!!! My store is the NYC store. The handle was cracked and the turnlock was broken so I requested a replacement of both. They had to send the bag to Paris for both since its a vintage piece. I waited 6 months and she came back looking great. I only wish I got the straps replaced too.
