Holmes and Robach are responsible for their own actions and are now reaping the consequences. Trying to deflect attention or place blame on another news anchor (for supposedly encouraging management to take them off the air) is another wrong to add to their list.
They are in a cutthroat business. Any opportunity to advance a career is going to be taken. They can’t be surprised.

Maybe their marriages were over before it turned flirty and then became more, but it sure doesn't seem like it. He was sleeping around with quite a few people at ABC even before Robach. I feel for his wife and for Andrew Shue. Not pleasant for either of them. But, yeah, they shouldn't blame other staff, especially when they were so blatant about it and their reaction on their last day on air was out of line and way too glib.

they may as well because they can't deny it anymore but i can't imagine that the PTB are going to he happy about it. and i know their spouses aren't.
I honestly don’t think they’ll be coming back to GMA. And they probably know this. So before dwindling away into obscurity with no jobs, need to stay front-and-center relevant, present as happy couple, and hope some network picks them up.
I envision they’ll get jobs separately and elsewhere and not sure their relationship will withstand it. Will be surprised if they’re together in a year from now.
