I've seen a couple upthread, but does anyone have any more pics of styling with the Fresh boots? I have already splurged on Veo boots and two pairs of sneakers this season, but chanced upon a pair of black Fresh boots in my size, so looking for reasons to keep Fresh as well :)

They are definitely more casual, but also so lightweight and potentially more "weatherproof" (at least relative to other Hermes boots), so appeal to me for those days where I can't deal with chunky boot heaviness. However, I'm also thinking they might be a bit too casual for my everyday, even if I swap out the laces for all black.

I should have checked this thread before making some impromptu boot purchases... I purchased the Neo and Volver boots yesterday and took the Neo boots out for some errands today. With just a quick walk across a parking lot and down some sidewalks, the sole is already suffering. The leather at the toe box is flaking too. I am planning on bringing these in to a cobbler, but would folks recommend vibram soles for the Volver boots and Frenchie boots as well? The Frenchies look a little thicker in the sole, but as of now I am leaning towards a definite yes on the Volvers. Would love to hear experiences!

I don't have either pair of boots but I've checked the description of both. If they're leather soles then yes, you'll eventually have to bring them to a cobbler to replace the sole. I find the vibram type soles are better for walking too. I own the St Germain and I've had the soles replaced with vibrams once they wore down.
