Finally finally finally got my Jumping Boots!! However, after obsessing and talking about them for months, I don't know how I feel about them. They are stiff and not as comfortable as I thought and I'm worried that I won't wear them as much. They are beautiful but I could use the $$ towards a bag or a new mousse. For those who have jumping boots, did any of you feel the same way?
My experience with all boots/ shoes is the same: if you don't find them comfortable when you first try them, don't expect them to grow comfortable. There is a little bit of break in with the Jumping boots. Mainly, one's heels rise up and down upon walking until the midsole breaks in. Other than that, there really isn't much of a difference. Most of the stiffness is just the nature of the boot.

I have had my box jumping boots for two years and find them to be quite comfortable, but not a Stuart Weitzman or Ugg type of comfort level. The jumping boots would not be my choice for a day of travel or intense walking, but they work well most of the time and their beauty can't be beat.

Yaaaay Jyyanks! So happy for you! They are gorgeous. I have the swift so my break in period was short. Your box ones may take a little longer but they shouldn't be so uncomfortable that you don't wear them😁. I love mine, hope they work for you!

Thank you both for the kind words. I tried on Swift before purchasing the box and they seemed to be less stiff and slightly bigger. They definitely aren't as comfortable as my choo's or CL's but they are so gorgeous!

Comparison shot of Mocha and Rouge H jumping boots. Dia's lovely modeling shot sold me on the Rouge H. The Mochas have seen a few years, and they just get better with age.
Now to find Etain...

Sorry for bringing up this thread during the 'off season' but I want to add rubber soles to my jumping boots. I heard H sends their shoes to Leather Spa which is very convenient for me. Should I send them to H Madison or try my hand at the Leather Spa? Has anyone ever spa'd their boots or put rubber soles on? Figured it would be best to do this in the summer when I won't be wearing them.

Oh good!! That's what I want to do. Don't know if H would ever reject my boots in case I ever need to bring them in for service (like if the buckle breaks etc) but hopefully that does not happen!

Thank you, Vigee, and I love your photo!
Etain is just the best color, looks great with everything, but especially with the gorgeous red highlights of your CDC, KD and shawl. I would reach for this combo again and again.
