I got myself a Givenchy Pandora for men in nylon. After getting wet from a little bit of rain, it developed bubbles and wrinkles. I am surprised that a very expensive bag should be damaged easily. I've owned Porter, Prada nylon bags and never have experienced this even if they got rained or wet. I've tried contacting Givenchy through their social pages, but I get no response. I got this bag from the Givenchy shop in Paragon Bangkok on my last trip there in July. Any suggestions on how to successfully complain about this and get action or even just a response from Givenchy? I'm really disappointed because I really love the design, but the quality pales in comparison to Porter which is much less expensive.
