Givenchy gv3 - why isn’t this bag so hot ?

Finally pulled the trigger and got the GV3 in medium Red
I had similars concerns about sizing and was afraid it would be too big but it is not. It just looks bigger in the pics based on the model carrying it. However here it is next to a small Sac De Jour and you can see the actual size. The sizing is practical for a sunglass cover and a continental wallet.
 Wow that red! What a great pop of colour. And its in good company with your SDJ too. Love amazing statement pieces!

Hello fellow Gv3 Owners!
I am wondering if anyone of you experienced problems with the leather of the Gv3 small bag? I've worn it maybe 5 times and it creases on one side. I have always stored and handled it with maximum care and I am really desperate because neither the online store where I bought it nor Givenchy itself can or want to help me.
I am aware that a bag will show signs of wear after some time but it shouldn't look like this after just a few times

Looks like leather that is dehydrated. Maybe start with a light layer of conditioning creme, and be careful where/how you store it, e.g. not near a heat source.

Thank you very much for your reply, can you recommend a conditioning creme?
Research Lexol conditioner or Collonil to see if you feel like it could do the job.

Remember that dehydrated leather won't recover overnight or after one use. It may not work either so do manage expectations. Good luck.
