I know what you mean. I've always thought is was strange the way fans speak so possessively when talking about their favorite team, as if they were actually part of it. Like when they say "We beat their @ss last night" or "We need to work on our defense". Is there any other form of entertainment where sitting in your living room with a beer means you are participating?

As I understand it, the ruling had nothing to do with Brady being guilty of anything with the footballs, it had to do with Roger Goodell's handling of the matter. I still think Brady knew and approved of the deflation but Goodell held a kangaroo court in the NFL that didn't hold up to the standards of our justice system.

I'm not a fan of Tom and Gisele but I'm really not a fan of Goodell, the NFL commissioner. I think he's an empty suit trying to show he knows more than he does.

Hah!!!! I am a definite fan (and a Patriots fan at that ... ducking for cover now...), but never get the part about grown adults wearing jerseys with the names of other grown adults on them.
