It is strange. There used to be lots of pics of them with their dog and kids in Boston Common when they lived in the city, but my Doctor who walks her dog there everyday said she had never seen them there!

I used to see her and the kids at the park on the Charles River when I lived in Boston. Never saw a camera man.... Could it be random people taking pics and sending them to publications?

^agreed. or perhaps they only publish the miserable looking photos because that's what feeds into their gossip and headlines. their family is super cute, I hope their marriage is as great as they say it is.

I don't get why celebs always feel the need to work so hard to squash rumors. It just fuels more rumors. I guess they like the attention and they're too vain to let anybody think something's wrong with them true or not.

I'm happily married but if I had paparazzi following me and DH around all the time there is no doubt they'd catch photos like this, if not worse. Sometimes you bicker over where to eat, sometimes you are tired or distracted, sometimes you're just caught at the wrong moment and now it's plastered everywhere that you're unhappy...come on!!

I don't think it's necessarily liking the attention, there are a good number of celebrities that hate attention, they just love their profession. That said, rumors of divorce can hurt a brand so they might feel forced to respond to prevent any future issues. Perhaps by responding they think it will end rumors and end the unnecessary distractions. Some couples might just be that happily married that they feel a need to defend their love and then others might be in a bad place covering up as long as they can. No matter the reason, I've never been a fan of critiquing relationships via rumors and pictures--nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors yet the rumors that spread can cause serious damage.

+1 it's 5 mins of their day. How are you supposed to look walking to your car, into a building, etc. Besides there isn't a medium, if there's PDA people are trying too hard if there isn't they're miserable and they don't see the chemistry

Lol! It's what you want to see.... In other threads couple have no chemistry because they aren't smiling or making out for the paps. People comment on this all the time.
