If I was one of those employees, I wouldnt like the idea of everyone being gifted the same piece of jewellery - and even if I hated it, I might also feel obliged to wear it to avoid offending the boss.

I like the idea of an ipad mini or visa gift card.

Tiffany has a wonderful business account that I used several times with my previous employer. I have used them to order 25 year anniversary gifts and they turned out wonderful!! The employees felt like royalty getting those little blue boxes and the gifts were bracelets that are not sold to the mainstream masses so that added another personal touch. If you have a Tiffany near you can visit a business consultant or go online under "gifts"

On the iPad comment, Target has full size iPad 2's for $299 (deal expires 3/15/14) and if you use your RedCard you'd get 5% off your purchase and could include a gift card for a case etc.

Tiffany suggestion above is a good idea too. Tiffany offers 15% discount for corporate gifts. They engrave too. Tiffany clocks used to be a standard gift, but not sure if people get excited about that anymore. How about an engraved business card case? Crystals? Although personally I would be happier with an iPad mini, Tiffany is a classy option.

Cash!! Or Visa Gift Card. Employees appreciate cash more than a gift, especially at $400.

The employees are already receiving cash compensation, this is just an extra thoughtfulness from the managers.
