Beeeeeeautiful! I was so close to walking out with this exact same bag at the boutique yesterday! I ended up with a padlock bag instead, but couldn't resist the blue blooms entirely, so I grabbed a card case. Gorgeous choice! I love the interior!

i totally get what you mean, the beige is classic but boring, while the blue blooms is fun but may look outdated a few years down the road right?
I'm kinda having the same dilemma, but between the blue blooms dionysus woc vs a diorama woc. which should i pick? planning to drop by both boutiques today to try them on before making my final decision

Thanks for the great pictures, I can't believe how much it holds. It's almost like a wallet/purse combo. I looked at Gucci's fall bag preview and there are more bloom bags coming out. So the bloom collection isn't over yet. I think the blooms add the extra zip to the bag, the others look so plain. Enjoy your new bag.
Here's my humble view on bags that could possibly look dated: I love fashion, fashion changes, If I look through my bags from 2 years ago I wear them less and less. Of course I have my goto bags that are all classic. But when trying something trendy I stick to smaller purchases. I picked the WOC because its investment is for the next year or so. If I find myself still in love with this beautiful print after 2 years, hoorah, jackpot, and if not sell it. I absolutely love the print right now. My monies worth is in the fact that I will wear this bag definitely through next season. Gucci is a pretty good investment and they hold value well. So in my mind I made the right decision. Plus, whenever I hold back from the bag I really want but I play it safe.....I kick myself because I should have gone with the one that made my heart flutter first!
I think the Blooms line will be perfect for summers so in that sense, I do not see it becoming dated.
Hi all! I'm planning to purchase my first blooms piece and I'd love to know your preferences on whether you think the print looks nicer on the small wallet or large wallet 
the small wallet is incredibly spacious and has 10 card slots, with the larger one the website says it has 6 card slots but I'm sure the photo shows 12 slots 
?! If anyone knows how many card slots it has could you also let me know

They are both beautiful I don't think you can go wrong with anything in this print. I guess I would think about what size bag I would be using the wallet in and also how much I carry on a daily basis in my wallet. For me, I would also consider the price difference along with the functionality. In my opinion, I would consider if I rather get the smaller piece and put the extra towards a bag. Enjoy which ever one you purchase the blooms collection in just stunning.
Here is my first Gucci! Love the Blooms with red contrast but didn't want to commit to a bag. Here she is!!! Just love it!!
I don't think you should be concerned about the longevity. When I see people wear older/vintage prints from LV or Gucci, I think that they must be a long time fan of the brand and are holding a coveted piece that no one can get now. The only times I think a bag looks dated is when the carrier does not carry/dress the bag well--which could very well be for a bag that is "new" or trendy.
Wear it well and it will always look good!
But I think if you prefer plain and safe go for the beige. Go for the blooms if you like a bit of pop in colour.
