My GG blooms blue mini chain bag arrived - so cure. The blue is nice, the colors are soft and blend well with the blue G G background. The inside has a nice red leather lining, a zip pocket and 16 card slots. It also will hold my oversized sunglasses. I live in So Ca and we wear sunglasses year round. I am 5'6" and the chain strap hangs at the beginning of my thighs down. If you are short it would be too long. I did double the chain inside the bag and it made it shorter to hang on my shoulder. When the chain is long it makes a crossbody bag.

Sorry I can't take a picture but I'll answer any questions. Personally I would buy the blooms over the plain GG design. This collection is a limited edition and the market won't be flooded with them. One more thing, the chain can be unhooked to make a clutch. It is super, super cute and a good buy for the money. My long wallet cost about the same and it's not nearly as versatile.

thank you ky bag lady for the detailed review, i can't wait to go to gucci boutique again, i have the woc version in mind but may try out the mini too... i love blue and i love blooms... the tiger heads and snake lock is abit fierce imo, so that's the part that makes me unsure... but i love the edgy feel of the dionysus.

went to the gucci website again, and i think the blue blooms woc version i was referring to may be the mini chain bag! i'm amazed that it can fit oversized sunglasses as per ky bag lady's review......

Hi guys,
I am new to Gucci and have a quick question regarding this line. I am looking to buy the blooms card case in the pink, and was wondering whether the print is on top of the glazed coating or do they put the print on first before coating the canvas? Sorry if this has been answered previously, would appreciate any help, thanks!

By the way, there seems to be two kinds of Blooms mini chain bags available on the Gucci web site. The other is about the same size as Soho Disco bag and the other is Dionysus woc. Perhaps the name of the blue woc is a mistake because the pink one has a different name. Woc probably wouldn't fit sunglasses.

I have my Gucci sunglasses in my WOC, there isn't much room for anything else but they do fit. But with the card slots and the zip pocket I don't need anything else. The blooms are directly on the canvas, any glazing would be on top. I also ordered the zip coin purse and the key pouch. The pouch I'll probably return, it's very narrow and doesn't hold anything. The coin purse has 3 divisions inside and is okay. The WOC is what I really like, it's a good buy for the money and really cute with the blooms.

This WOC is deeper than mine. But mine cost $780 and this one is $1290, a big difference. It depends on how much you want to spend. I did a search on the Gucci website and over 40 WOCs came up. You can choose which one is best for you.

I just adore the blue blooms, but like others in this thread have wondered if it will come to look dated. I have the pink blooms card holder (which really is a great pretty full capacity small wallet) and love it--although every now and then I get a little bit sick of the print haha.

I'm mainly asking for opinions because I'm considering a large Dionysus either in blue blooms or plain beige. Both gorgeous in their own right, but the blue was breathtaking in person. I'd just worry about longevity with such a pricy item.
