Getting heat stamp on online purchase

I'm going to call lv when the open at 9, but wondering if anyone knows - can I get my initials heat stamped onto my neverfull before it's sent to me?

You can but I would advise against it. I'm planning to get my things hot stamped when I move close to a LV boutique.

If you get it hot stamped before it's sent you cannot exchange it if you change your mind and don't like the bag or if it's not quite perfect.

Oh dear apparently my bag will be sent from Paris to the UK, and they confirmed to me today that the only place they can heat stamp is in a store. So I would have to take it up to London. Not sure when I will get round to that!
