PS.......I lived in Park Ridge for 11 years. I love Chicago!!

Oh love Park Ridge!

How did I not know this? Or did I know this and my sieve-like brain forgot it? I was born in the city, too, but raised in DuPage County, and still live there. Perhaps you'll be coming to visit Momma Pugs at some point?

LOL, no, I'm sneaky sneaky :ninja: We do go visit Momma Pugs (even though the pugs prefer her to come here), I'll make sure to let you know the next time we're out :D

Well then ms lily get thyself to the store and get one!!! :graucho:

I've never "gotten" the jersey thing - I'm a twill carre sort of girl. I don't "get" mousselines, either, I always feel like I've got a picnic tablecloth wrapped around my neck whenever I've tried one in the store. I'd be willing to try the Carre en Carres jerseys, though, since I love that pattern.

I spent many a night down on State & Rush...:graucho:

It is really such a cute little area!

My preferred intersection is Rush and Oak - it's the intersection out this window :D

I don't know Park Ridge all that well, I hear it's changed a lot in the last few years, for the better. One of our sister hospitals is in Park Ridge but I don't get there all that often.

Well. My neighbor gave me some organic kale she grew in her p-patch and I found a lil green rolly polly inch worm on my sink and I had to wash it down the drain but Pugsy doesn't do nature so I had to pour another glass of wine since it was such a traumatic experience... :sweatdrop:

:p

Hello Ladies!

Pugsy! :biguns: More power to you, as I think I'd need something stronger!

Pauillac - those look yummy! And remember when one is in the kitchen, especially with baking and sweets - if anything has a wonky look - that's one for the chef! (Don't ask me how I know!)
