OK, here's my version of the blue I've been currently coveting.
This is a mix of Snow Bunny and Ooba Ooba Blue with a tiny bit of Ocean Wave.
I put some random craft glitter over it. It mostly shows up in pictures the blue pieces of glitter but doesn't show all the clear holo glitter that is in between, oh well, you'll get the gist, but as usual, prettier in person, though I kinda wish i used my clear without the blue glitter...or champagne to top as the shade of blue I was really happy with, that's it on the wheel...

Didn' have black so I used Deep Sea as the base.
