I went into the store today, and am happy to report that my SA made things right! She did the PA, no questions asked; this given that all the info had to be manually entered, which made it much more work. I'm still a bit on the fence about how the customer service handled it, but I'll buy from Coach if it's through her. Very professional and knowledgeable! It's great how just one person can make all the difference in the company. Part of the reason that I didn't buy from Coach before was because of the not-so-great associates in the town I used to live in; glad to finally have someone who's interested in doing her job right!

I could not resist. He is so adorable. There were suppose to be 10, but the US only received 3. At least, that is what I was told. I also saw the list of the Disney collection for next year, but they will not make everything. Lots and lots of cute pieces. I am suppose to receive an update within the next few months of what will launch.

It was $750.00. It was suppose to be overnighted to me for arrival on Tuesday.

I received a call from Coach asking me if I was interested in purchasing one.

I hope it is as cute in person as it is in the picture.
