Ok, I went into the store yesterday, and for some reason the associates weren't able to pull up my order, so had to call JAX; and now JAX is telling me that all of the baseman items are excluded, and wouldn't do a price adjustment. They even tried to say that this is outside of the PCE period anyway; when I told them as a matter of fact the date I ordered these, and the hassle I was put through, they went back to the the limited edition= no adjustment thing. Waiting to hear back from my SA, but if that's what Coach will stick to, then I'll return the whole set of hangtags.
I do like these items; yet with the company's inconsistent policies, those are going back, even if just out of principle. Can't stand it when Coach doesn't deliver what's promised-after one wasted trip to the mall, and lots of money spent on this past PCE (in the four digits), they won't do a $30 price adjustment. Depending on how this case is handled, it may mean losing a loyal customer...
