Good grief! My Alma too is perfect in every way as far as alignment sewing etc. Yes, plastic feeling a bit, but I’ve decided I will just hold it by the bottom if I must have a soft leather fix :P I’m really sorry your petit sac was so terribly wonky. What a shame. And I love that scarf with all the windows!!! Have only seen online though.

Thank you so much gagabag. Love the way you describe it - a glossy painting hung on a wall and the black border like a frame. It truly is art. And thanks - I luckily had the scarf already and figured it would be a perfect fit. I think I bought it after buying a mono piece a while back. Though when it’s in the 90’s with high humidity scarves can be a little warm, but scarf weather will return. hope you’ve been finding the goodies you want lately!

I want to share that LV is terrible with managing payments. I just realized that I was never charged for my petit sac plat…??? I have 2 separate receipts from different boutiques and I only got charged for alma, according to my mobile banking app. I used the same credit card but for psp, it says I paid with travel check, which I am 100% sure that I did not. It makes me wonder who actually paid for the bag. I am horrified.

This is actually not my first poor experience with LV. Many years ago, I purchased regular leather shoes but was charged for exotic leather. It was very upsetting because they gave me receipt for leather shoes, but charged me for croc shoes…I did not realize it until I was looking over my credit card payment at the end of month.

Please do check your receipt and credit card charges!

Hi crystalsww, I am in Australia (Perth), but if you go onto the LV website and click on the Cannes you can search what stores in your country have this item in stock. Or you can call LV customer service and they may be able to find one for you. GL.

I am curious to know why it shows on Australian site but no longer in American site. My SA couldn't find one in the states for me. Are the few available only overseas?

My Alma arrived yesterday so now I am torn between the Alma and Petit Sac Plat which came a few days earlier.
The petit sac plat is the beautiful matte calfskin and the Alma the less lovely patent.
I love the print, but the PSP is tiny and with the matte calfskin I am worried it is too delicate to wear and may get damaged.
But the Alma has the patent print which isn't as nice, but actually has room for stuff!
I have to decide whether to keep a bag which I may not use as it is too small, or a bag which I can use.

What a dilemma! I decided to keep my patent Alma, it’s very functional as a small bag and holds everything I carry - it’s shocking, almost like the bag Hermione had in Harry Potter that could hold tents, books, meds and clothes and such while remaining tiny :lol:and I do like how lightweight it is. I would love to see your PSP - I didn’t order that one specifically as it is described as patent on the website. Alma as matte. :shocked: I also knew I couldn’t use the psp at all, and I want to be able to use all my bags. As one of the very FEW enablers here:P can you keep both and use the Alma? Good luck deciding! Both sound lovely.

Glad to hear that you decided to keep the Alma. I did not post anything before but was following up and felt your disappointment as if it was mine. The bag looks beautiful, which I know you already know.
