Sorry I don't get why someone's acts of kindness should come into play in most job requirements.
And even if it does, what happened to the old fashioned way of talking to people and determining what kind of person they are.
And frankly, who will decide what amount and type of kindness or good deeds is acceptable ?
And different people have varying opinions on what constitutes kindness and good deeds. Is it only charity donors?
What about people who give up careers to become care givers or raise their children- are those acceptable?
What if someone is a good person but not really into doing good deeds, however those are determined, does that make them less qualified?
Frankly I find this whole thing a bizzare overreach into people's private lives.
