French Co. Speedy FAKE or Fabulous?

I have a vintage French Co. Speedy 30 (with the talon push-lock and coated leather - not vachetta) that is in great condition and the brass hardware is clean and shiny.

I just started using it again and it struck me the other day. When people see me carrying the bag around, do they think that it is a FAKE or do they know that it is vintage or something special? I know it is silly to care what other people think, but I'm afraid everybody thinks I'm carrying a fake.


What does everybody think? What do the French Co. Speedys look like to you?

I do not really what fake looks like, but if I saw an LV bag it is not like me to think it ws fake.
I do know LV has a long history and there are bags I have never seen or heard of not to mention the SO bags.
Don't worry about other people.
Post a picture now I want to see it !

The only thing that bothers me about the color is that I can't hang my new black MC cles from the side because the leather color is different. I can always get a cute bag charm though.
