I purchased a few things from the Canadian website, and everything was wrapped nicely in tissue and forever21 bag, even the jewellery was all wrapped seperately in different f21 bags as well. I guess it just depends where the clothes are getting shipped from. (I'm guessing mine was from the Toronto store, so yay Toronto lol)

I've bought from the Canadian site as well. My package arrived in two days! And it was very neatly packed. Each piece of jewelry was in a little Ziploc bag and the entire order was in a F21 bag.

Hmm, I've ordered from them several times, and my items always come individually wrapped. They may be in envelopes, but the items are folded and wrapped in plastic and then in a F21 bag. Accessory items comes wrapped in tissue. I guess I've been lucky.

I've ordered twice from F21 and both times my clothes have been neatly folded. I can't remember if they sent out shipping confirmation or not but it didn't seem long to get the items.

i ordered twice from the website - generally, i felt the clothings i ordered looked better in pics as compared to IRL, some just looked too cheap (material-wise).

for this brand, i wld prefer to shop at the store & see/touch the goods.

I have a teenager who loves Forever 21 and Wet Seal I ordered the clothing for her.

I just placed my order today, but I still have not received the confirmation email. I tried searching online to see if anyone had the same problem and I came across this website that kept bashing forever21.com. Someone even wrote that it's been 3 months and she still have receive her package.

I guess right now what I'm most concerned about is whether or not my order actually went through. My account still does not say that I have anything ordered. Anyone else had this experience? Oh yeah, does the shipping usually take 5-10 business days or more? Thankss

Have you ever used their customer service online? I am considering getting this dress http://www.forever21.com/twelve/pro...=12x12_sweaters&product_id=2059919865&Page=1# and asked them if it is thick material (boddy hugging like bandage) or soft and thin knitwear. The label reads: 80% viscose, 17% nylon, 3% spandex . Do you have any experience with such componens?

Do they actually reply to the questions regarding fabrics ? Or is it better to call? :confused1:

Check your account with f21 - and see if there's any new activity with Orders. If nothing is there, doublecheck your method of payment - if there's absolutely NO activity, then it's quite possible that something went wrong and they didn't recieve your order.

If nothing is there in both your method of payment AND order history - reorder your items. After you've sent in the payment, there should have been a window stating that your order has been sent, and there should have been an order # corresponding. For future reference, write down/print that screen following the payment screen - so if something like this happens again - you'll at least have an order # to reference to if you do have troubles.

I'm not sure if f21 answers questions concerning the fabric - however, it appears that it'll be body hugging, but not terribly heavy - I would believe that it's inbetween a heavy bandage and light spandex wear. I'm not sure if it's going to be as restrictive as a HL dress, but it should be somewhat body hugging and soft. I would still try calling/emailing if that's not sufficient, and just to be on the safe side. I hope thay helps a little! :)
