For the Love of Coach

I don't mind it being called a starter brand at ll. I think it has more to do with the price tag and the fact that a lot of us really did start out designer habits by buying coach. Personally I still buy coach, but I have also expanded to LV, gucci, chanel, and so on, but I still have that love for coach. Most people don't start their handbag collections by buying 2000$ bags so COACH is a great place to start for a bag collection, but I also think that goes for any contemporary mid range designer, like tory, mk, minkoff and so on

While I get the sentiment behind "starter" nomenclature, to be honest it really depends you and your personal experience.

Around some parts of the country, a "starter home" would realistically be in the hundreds of thousands (e.g. NY, LA, SF), maybe $200K or more. For some people, they couldn't even get anywhere close to a six figure home (e.g. Wyoming).

Some can say a "starter car" is a Toyota Yaris or a Honda Fit. For some people, their starter car is realistically a 20 year old GM that has been knocked around and on its 5th owner, for less than $3k.

It's all relative.
