Now that’s edgy for VCA! Would be really interesting to try on. And if the single row is no longer an option that might work for some people. Although honestly I don’t understand why the single row is that hard to make. Is it just the hours of labor to set all those little stones? Sourcing the diamonds can’t be hard. Maybe it’s finding the quality of cut they require. They should cut their own stones. It would be so much simpler.
@EpiFanatic 100%! I can’t understand why they can’t make the most in-demand pieces that don’t require that much intricacy. I was told they don’t have enough skilled artisans. Ahem, hire more and train them, maybe? 😳
Other luxury brands don’t seem to have dire inventory issues!
I have been dying to add the single row in WG but I am all out of luck so will patiently wait for new perlee bracelets to be released and see which one I fall for♥️

@Prada Prince i think the crossover would be exceptional on you. I love the single row ring as it is so elegant and chic. The crossover makes a bit more of a statement as it has more modern vibes. Don’t know if I’ve posted these when I was trying it on in Hong Kong.
The crossover is truly a stunning piece, but currently it is just not within my budget (maybe one day if I EVER get a decent bonus... [dare to dream LOL]) so I will admire it from afar on you lovely ladies!

It was also surprising how comfortable the ring was!

@Prada Prince Oh you can’t go wrong with a pave ring so absolutely yes to the sweet size! As @EpiFanatic would say it’s a like ‘a line of fire’ 🤗♥😍 and I agree!
🤞🏼 you are able to get your hands on the hammered 5-motif in YG! Given how popular the hammered line is I wish VCA would devote more skilled artisans towards it to meet demand!
Thank you my dear! Yes, I am fervently hoping that I can get one in time for the big birthday in May, but we shall see I suppose. Time will tell!

Question for the jewelry lovers:

How many pieces of a design would you be willing to add to ‘complete’ your set?

Is it 2 pieces of the same design, or 3 or 4?

And, would adding mixed metal pieces of the same design count towards the set? For example, RG hammered necklace and WG hammered bracelet.

Mentally for me, 2 pieces make a set but if I count mixed metal pieces from the same design, I seem to have crossed that 2-piece threshold a long time ago with some of the designs 😬

In action:
  • RG hammered Magic earrings
  • RG hammered sweet 16-motif
  • WG hammered Vintage earrings
  • WG hammered 10-motif
  • WG hammered 5-motif

My one tip for any jewelry or major purchase is only buy something you can see in person and try on in the store. Of course, this is limiting or impossible for some, but I’d rather miss out than make a costly mistake. ETA: But, I am fortunate to live within an easy walk to premier boutique flagships, so this tip is easy for me to follow.

ETA: just bc a piece looks amazing on a model or another person does not mean that it will spark that intangible joy for you

I second that wholeheartedly @880 ♥️ So often pieces that look great in my head lose its luster when I try them IRL.

I love the crossover and almost came close to getting it myself! Looks beautiful on you @EpiFanatic 😍
I have a feeling the crossover perlee bracelets might be getting released in the next 1-2 years!
Chiming in as well about the crossover. I tried it on in December and fell in love, and it's made its way onto my short-term wishlist. My wallet needs to recover first but then I'm pulling the trigger as soon as I can! It's a relatively "simple" design that packs a major punch in terms of bling and style IMHO

@lisawhit I had a question for you about your hammered gold collection. I know that you have a 10 and 20 necklace. Do you like having both in your collection? I am asking because I wear my onyx 10 quite a bit and sometimes in a 10+5 configuration. A few time I wished that I had gotten a 20 but I don't tend to like my necklaces doubled up so buying one would be just to wear long. I don't have a lot of outfits that I would do this and therefore I know that I would wear this the least often and if this would be sort of redundant. Any regrets with having a 10 and 20. I also don't like seeing the clasp so 2 10s wouldn't work for me

When wearing jewelry it is two places. So it’s usually earrings and bracelets. Although it can end up being three or more pieces if I stack bracelets and wear matching earrings. But if I have Alhambra on my ears and wrists I won’t wear an Alhambra necklace. My clover ring which I wear basically 24/7 goes with anything Alhambra or Perlee, so I don’t count that as a part of any set. If I did, I might be at 3 if I wear my Perlee necklace and earrings but my necklaces get the least wear.

No regrets at all… I wear the 10 the most but I love the 20 as well. Two different looks. I am currently awaiting a special order sweet 16 motifs in yellow gold.

I agree with you 100% @WingNut I tried it at my store and feel in love with it but unfortunately, the same day my H fairy called me and H took priority over VCA🙈

But the day VCA launches the matching bracelet to this crossover ring in WG, I know that’s the day resistance will be futile! ♥️

That’s the beauty of VCA - ability to mix and match different designs seamlessly! Your collection is just stunning and I can o kin imagine the beautiful, different permutations and combinations you can wear😍😍😍.. btw loving how very much you love your perlee clover ring because it’s the same with me! That ring started my love for everything VCA. I friend of mine got it in WG and I remember thinking that’s the most beautiful piece of jewelry I have set my eyes on!
