For Flaps : Old Chain or New Chain?

I am trying to decide which I like better, what about you?

call me "old fashioned" ha ha..or what have you
i quite like the old chain, i feel like it's a nice "classic" look, but that being said, maybe once I own a few more Chanels (as opposed to my current "0") I'll be whistling a different tune!

I'm paying off a flap currently, so I don't have one yet, but I prefer the old chain. I think it looks more classic. Although that being said, I'm sure I wouldn't be against having a new chain one, but with all these increases I doubt I'll be able to afford it ever. *sigh*

I like both also, however, I have one with the new chain and will probably stick with the old now. So, I guess I prefer the old, but only slightly.

I have to go with the classic on most bags. I do like the new chain on the distressed jumbo though (like Courtney Cox has.)
