For All Moms: Diaper Bags - Yes or no?

I have two kids (3 1/2 years and 10 months), and I generally carry a changing pad plus diapers and wipes in a plastic bag thrown into my large bags. That's one reason I carry my MJ Stellas so often, they work for carrying all the gear I need. I've never been one to carry a seperate diaper bag (although we have one in the car, and my partner carries it when he has the kids).

nycmom, you and i must be separated at birth! after 7 diaper bags, i finally ended up with the same system as you! sometimes, though, when i'm feeling lazy, i don't bring a small purse with the skiphop. i just bring the skiphop. it has taken me 4 years to finally figure this out!

(and me too...when we're just running out for errands or to the playground, etc i keep my keys, wallet and phone in one of the small zippered pockets)!

I used just one bag: the small Kate Spade black nylon diaper bag. Every single day for three years, and it wore like steel. It went with everything and I loved it, but was I ever glad to get rid of it!

When a baby is an infant, you really need to carry at least three diapers at all times, wipes, a roll of plastic bags for soiled diapers, a bottle of water or formula/milk, and a change of clothing. Food, utensils and a changing pad make life easier. All of that requires a fairly large bag.

As your baby becomes a toddler, life is a bit more predictable, and now I just carry a few diapers and wipes in my car, and I'm shopping for a new handbag.

YES!!!!! me toooo!!!
I'd carry that bag and then my own bag.
Ha, if celebs can carry 2, why can't I?;)
