Do you mind measure your strap length please? My strap looks shorter than yours even if it's a bb and is supposed to have a longer strap than the mm and I'm 5'3". Thanks

I did try this one crossbody, perfect for me, but I’m very petite. 4’10.5”. The strap is not adjustable.

I tried the pm. It’s very pretty but I could not get comfortable with the folded corners and how the weight of my things are supported by how the folds are sealed back into the bag on each side. And to be honest I would have liked thicker handles. But it is a very pretty bag. I would not use that strap because I carry crossbody usually and the PM strap is a disappointment, plain black and way too short. I would use my own bandouliere strap on it.

I posted these pics on another thread but thought they might be helpful here. For reference I'm 5'4". It works as a crossbody for me, but I can see how others might want it to sit lower. I have young kids so need the option to be hands free, and I particularly like the zipper and pockets on this bag.

I went to the LV store today and yes, surprisingly the strap of the MM is longer than the BB.
I talked to the SA's. One of them said the description on the website is wrong and that nothing they can do unless I want to return.

I asked them does it make sense that the smaller size (BB) has a shorter strap as a shoulder bag and the bigger size (MM) has a longer strap as a crossbody? Based on all of my LV bags, the smaller size is supposed to be a crossbody. The manager finally agreed that it seems to be a mistake. She ordered a new longer strap for me and will call me back when it's ready for pick up within 2 weeks. I will have to return the shorter strap. I will update once I receive the longer strap.

I went to the store yesterday. The SA I spoke with told me the MM should have the shorter handle and the BB the longer one. They recalled all the BB in the store to replace the handles. I tried on the the MM with the longer handle and LOVED it, so now I’m kind of stuck.

I'm so glad I got the mm with the longer strap! I really like that I can wear it crossbody.

Ruby love, what did you decide to do?

I checked the website and it looks like they changed the description of the mm. I could have sworn it used to say 18" drop and now it says 15".

Does anyone happen to have a screenshot of the original description for the mm with the strap length, so I can confirm if I'm remembering correctly?

I reveived the MM after battling it out with LV About strap length. No one ever called me from a store like they said would. Awful CS in my opinion for the $$ spent. Anyway MM strap is 39 inches with clasps.

Very similar to the Flower zipped, but $520 less. I think it will be a good seller. I don't quite understand the lock under the vachetta tab, tho…. I own the Flower zipped, and LVOE it.
